New Year, New You: How Essential Oils (and EO Infused Products) Can Help!

2016 is here and with it comes the promise of starting over! New Year’s resolutions are a great way to set goals for yourself but often we lose our motivation and fizzle out shortly after committing to our new lifestyle. There is a common myth that it takes 21 days to make a habit, a misinterpretation of Dr. Maxwell Maltz’s work on self-image. We want to believe that we can do something for 21 days and it will automatically become second nature, a permanent lifestyle change, and so we have perpetuated this myth over time. Sadly, it takes a little more than that. Once you get throught the Honeymoon Phase of goal setting then the going starts to get a little tougher.
