New Year, New You: How Essential Oils (and EO Infused Products) Can Help!
January 17, 2016 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
2016 is here and with it comes the promise of starting over! New Year’s resolutions are a great way to set goals for yourself but often we lose our motivation and fizzle out shortly after committing to our new lifestyle. There is a common myth that it takes 21 days to make a habit, a misinterpretation of Dr. Maxwell Maltz’s work on self-image. We want to believe that we can do something for 21 days and it will automatically become second nature, a permanent lifestyle change, and so we have perpetuated this myth over time. Sadly, it takes a little more than that. Once you get throught the Honeymoon Phase of goal setting then the going starts to get a little tougher. This class will focus on ways essential oils (and essential oil infused products) can help you fight through this second phase of habit formation to make your New Year’s resolutions a lifestyle change you can stick to!
Just a few of the most popular (and commonly broken) New Year’s Resolutions are:
- Healthy Lifestyle
a. Lose weight
c. Eat healthier
d. Drink more water
- Manage stress better
- Get better sleep
- Quit Smoking
- Go chemical-free
a. Non-Toxic cleaning
b. Chemical-free hygiene
c. Chemical-free beauty
- Keep my family healthy
- Financial Freedom (Make more money/Save more money/Get out of Debt)
Any one of these goals could be a class unto itself, however this class aims to give you a basic introduction into how Young Living essential oils and essential oil infused products can help you meet all of the above New Year’s resolutions.
This class will be a live, online event on Facebook on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 7:30 pm CST. Contact Me for more info or to get an invite!
