Tips on using ART Refreshing Toner
Suggested Use: After cleansing, gently sweep over face and neck with a cotton round.
Water, SD alcohol 38-B (Denatured with Peppermint oil), Pentylene glycol, Hamamelis virginiana (Witch hazel) water, Polysorbate 80, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Santalum paniculatum† (Royal Hawaiian™ sandalwood) wood oil, Allantoin, Boswellia carterii† (Frankincense) oil, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera) leaf juice, Citrus limon† (Lemon) peel oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender)† oil, Melissa officinalis† leaf oil, Retinyl palmitate, Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf extract, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed oil †100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oil.
